"Good: Felt very safe at the accommodation and it was very clean and comfortable. Would stay and recommend to others. Very walkable to everything you need (shops) and to walk around Budapest. The self check in and access to rooms was cool and easy, only comment is that it becames a bit clunky and slow to use when going through multiple doors and when your phone is trying to connect to the WiFi. "I arrived at the hostel only to be told that my reservation was not "valid" and that there were no rooms available (on a holiday weekend also). This hostel also operates under this fake name. I didn't argue with him about my reservation as I was already starting to feel super uneasy and did not want to be there.."

"The staff was kind and helpful and always welcoming. The only criticism I have is silly, really. The bath towels were too large. They were heavy and didn’t need to be so gigantic. That is the only thing I could say could be improved. It was clean, the staff was accommodating and very attentive and overall the hotel is just beautiful. We had room service two nights and it was lovely if I went to Budapest I would stay there again"
