"I just want to warn every body here to be careful of this hotel, they charge me double in my room, I already pay to my Expedia reservation for to night March 9&10\. When I checked in they ask my credit card for the damage deposit and they said the damage deposit should be return in a couple days. But to my surprise they charge for my stay even though it's already paid throughmy Expedia, and I phone the hotel 3 times already and they said they will return the money back to my account and 2 weeks later the charges still, not return to my account. The bank charges me of my over limit purchase because of what the fantasy land hotels did to my credit card of double charging my card. And right now I'm still trying to get whole of them, I'm on the phone right now, they put me on hold for 25 minutes now. I guess me and my husband had to drive to Edmton for 2&1/2 hours to talk to the manager for our refund if I didn't get an answer about this. They are abusing there Costomer and they are not honest."
