This holiday home of 160 m², spread over two floors, offers a unique vacation experience close to the sea. With four bedrooms and space for eight people, it’s ideal for families and groups.  
  
The house is located just 50 meters from the water and offers a stunning panoramic view of the sea from the first floor. The area has a distinctive maritime atmosphere, thanks to the charming harbor with yachts and fishing boats.  
  
At the harbor, you’ll find a bathing jetty with a sauna, perfect for relaxing after a swim. In summer, there’s live music every weekend and a market every Tuesday. Week 29 features the popular meatball festival.  
  
The house has a fenced plot of 433 m² with a cozy courtyard and a hot tub. Here, you can enjoy 38-degree warm water while gazing at the sea.  
  
If the weather turns, there’s a covered and enclosed terrace. There’s also good parking with a carport. Up to two pets are welcome.  
  
The kitchen is well-equipped and connected to a rustic dining area with a New York-style wall. It’s perfect for cozy meals and gatherings.
