"Room was very spacious, clean and new. Everything was well stocked for the bathroom and kitchen needs. Staff was very nice and attentive. The beach was beautiful as always. Know before booking there is no pool. There is one washer and dryer on the grounds for the guest to use without charge. Overall the stay was excellent. "

"The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave."

"Location was great. Over all the place was very nice. Still a lot of work needed from Ian, but that is external property. Inside needs some attention...Carpet curling, wall hooks and no prints - kind of ugly, TV and wifi were at odds. Barely had any access to local news. No national news. Elevator out. TV actually went out in living room. Kept saying channel corrupt and so I’d switch the limited channels available and after 3 minutes it would freeze or cut out with the same message. No dust pan"

"Right on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. Could easily walk to two restaurants. Perfect view for sunsets and wildlife viewing and stargazing. "We were in Unit 3. 2nd level on the road side. During the day you could hear road noise but who cares when sitting on the beach. Evenings were very quiet. We stopped in Ft Meyer's and loaded up on groceries so we barely spent a penny once there. The property is directly on the beach. We watched the dolphins from the screened in lanai. The queen mattress was very comfortable. All the units were full and ALL the guests were so friendly... considerate... kind. The laundry is communal, and there...

"This was such a great find. the outside of the hotel is retro and took me back to the 1960's. Our room with a king bed was spotless - the bathroom was spotless - the mattress was comfortable and probably the most impressive aspect, our room was located right across from the Tiki Bar (which was also a find and so fun) and had live music. Once we shut the door we heard NOTHING. The walls were sound proof. If you are looking for a clean, affortable and pleasant stay.........this is it."
