Nice lake view and easy walk to the water. We would and probably will be staying here again. I would give this house and the entire tiny home village 10 stars, if possible. Jun 18, 2025 #### Wonderful Getaway We stayed in this wonderful little home for Father’s Day weekend and it was just what we were hoping for! The screened in porch was relaxing to sit out in while we watched it rain and the playground was just outside the house which we loved since we have two kiddos. Our girls could run around in the public space and playground while we enjoyed chats on the back porch and view of the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals! We enjoyed mountain biking in Sewannee and hiking nearby as well! We will be back and next time we will bring the paddle boards! ##### Kate W. You can enjoy the lake view while watching wildlife including a pair of large red headed woodpeckers that have a nest right outside on the right of driveway high in that dead tree. The bed is comfortable (very important to us) plenty of linens and the convenience of a washing and dryer . Upstairs loft looks like it would be ok for smaller kids but an adult can not stand up in it . It a bit too expensive for a small space. If they removed the cleaning fee it would be more reasonable.
