Der Service war ausgezeichnet, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war traditionell japanisch und sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und für japanische Verhältnisse sehr groß. Die Bar war rund um die Uhr zugänglich und kostenlos. Kinosakionsen ist ein süßes kleines Dorf mit 7 Onsen, die man als Gast kostenlos nutzen kann. I can't say enough about the hospitality that we enjoyed here. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and helpful. The property has fun decorations and a great view from the eating area on second floor. The food is plentiful! I have a very bad reaction to chemical MSG which is a flavor enhancer used in many Japanese foods. The staff was very helpful in helping me avoid this. Previous to arriving, based on the communication over email I was not sure if I would be able to eat at the hotel, but once we were there it was very clear how they were able to help with my dietary restriction and the food was great. I also forgot a pair of shoes in the lobby and they had it sent to Tokyo. Wonderful first time experience in Kinosakionsen! This hotel is in the perfect location. It's a very short walk from the train station and all of the 7 public onsens. Also a short walk to the Kinosaki Ropeway. There are 2 private onsens in the hotel where couples/families can soak together. Every floor has a light to indicate if available. Service is impeccable and easy to communicate in English with the staff. Food is plentiful! Breakfast and Dinner were included as well as an afternoon tea service. All you care to eat! Fair warning, don't go crazy at the steam bar! Save some stomach for the rice dish.
