PETS ALLOWED! Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house on the lake. This welcoming property features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. Can comfortably sleep 6 people, however there is also a day bed in the master room, great for small children. The couch in the living room pulls out to accommodate 2\. The sunroom also offers a pull out couch, please note this room is not climate controlled. With amenities like a washing machine, heating, AC, WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen (just bring your own food!) you can feel right at home. Soaking tub in master bath allows you to relax after a long day of fun on the lake. Outdoor kitchen makes it easy to not miss a thing. You may bring your own boat and dock on the uncovered side of the dock. Public boat ramp located a few miles down the road at Weldon Island Recreation Area, Front door has a keypad for keyless entry, I will send your unique entry code upon confirmation of booking. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. $75 pet fee. Please clean up after your pets. \*\*\*There is a boat docked, use of the boat itself is not included in the rental.
