I enjoyed this home for a week with my two daughters, their husbands, and my four grandchildren. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our group -- privacy with main bedrooms on three separate floors plus a bunk room for the kids. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, the dining area was very pleasant, and the living room had plenty of seating for all of us. Internet speed was no problem, even with several of us online looking up info and one of my son-in-laws doing some work and a video conference call. It's a bit of a drive into this neighborhood, but we loved it and even enjoyed some wildlife sightings in the community. Best of all for us was the proximity to Cades Cove, our favorite vacation spot, with hiking, creek play, biking, and horseback riding. What a memorable week in a beautiful home. One request from our children was to have more games such as ping pong or other activities. We contacted the owners once and they responded, however no action. There was bird "droppings" across the porch and very messy. Of course as the week progressed it dried and we did not track it in the house. Thank for the beautiful home. ##### Louise R. We met as family members from all over: TN, TX, and SC. There were six adults and 1 7 year old. The house was extremely well maintained and equipped and everyone was very comfortable. We were close to all the adventures we wanted to go on. Three of the adults had grown up in East TN and we loved revisiting our childhood haunts. We can only say great things about our stay at The Peaceful Perch. We only had one minor issue and it was handled immediately by our wonderful host. We hope to be back soon!!! ##### Susan L. It was large enough for my whole family to have room and celebrate. My only negative would be that there’s only 2 tvs in the home, and that’s much more of a problem for my teens than anyone else.
