It’s very quiet in Sequoyah Village which is why we like it so much. Of note, be advised that this cabin has an electric style fireplace and it is not wood burning. Obviously safer, and if I owned and rented this property I would do the exact same. But, I will have to admit that I was slightly disappointed when I arrived and was not able to build a real fire as I have done previously at this same cabin. The electric fireplace is of good quality though and the cabin is great regardless. Thank you for allowing us to stay on the property. ##### K T. The only things I could advise that may need some attention is with the bed. The bed is comfortable but it is very high. I am a senior with bad knees which made it next to impossible to get in bed. I did locate a step ladder in closet which worked in helping me to get in and out of bed. It would be nice if a step with handle would be available for use if needed. It would also be nice to have a safety bar in the shower for older people. The kitchen was very well stocked but I would provide a Kerig coffee pot.
