Welcome to The Dockside Dreamhouse! This coastal retreat, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, is located on the White Chimney River with a private deep water dock. Come enjoy the beautiful south Georgia coast! Catch crab and fish right off the dock, enjoy a cornhole tournament in the backyard, BBQ on the patio while watching the sunset, cozy up around the fire pit, and star gaze! Enjoy the 8 ft cowboy pool from March to October. Come relax and unwind on the coast. \~INSIDE\~ Renovated in 2024! Gorgeous 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths! \*Bedroom 1: Spacious king bedroom with full en suite bathroom. Bedroom has walk in closet, view of the water, light filtering and black out curtains, outlets on each bedside, and a smart tv. Be prepared for the length of the dock (approximately 800 feet). The dock is in White Chimney River, just off Sapelo Sound before you reach the ocean. Bring your own boat - deep water at all tides. Community boat ramp available and a boat lift at Shellman Bluff Fish Camp. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, and cast netting on the dock. Enjoy beautiful sunsets every night. The house had everything we needed, and the backyard was where the real magic happened. The house was beautiful and had literally everything we could need. Great spot for fishing and catching crabs. Everything from the pool, to the stocked kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room, to the games, the fire pit, grill area... was all great! Comfy beds, very tastefully decorated, and every little detail thought of. We had fathers day and two birthdays this week and a great time was had. The one issue that arose (no fault of the owner or us) was addressed and corrected within 15 minutes. This place was much more than we expected and we really appreciate the attention to detail.
