We spent the weekend at this lovely cabin. THe first day, the 3-mile walk around the "block" turned out to be more lovely than our hike in the National Park. Cabin has everything you need, and the bonus is a small porch where you can sit out among the trees. One word of caution: the place to pick up your key for the cabin is several miles down the road. We loved the area, but the house needed some updates. The shower doors in the bathroom were not on rollers and could not hardly slide back and forth. Also, the tub was slick, needed a rubber mat, someone could easily slip. The original picture showed a Keurig machine but their wasn't one-just a regular coffee maker. The outside of the house was very worn, needed staining. The furniture on the screen porch was very old and worn, not clean. Also, the last night we were there, the AC went out, but eventually came back on. The beds were not comfortable, really needed new mattresses. In all we had a good stay, but would not stay in this house again. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Despite the "cons" on the trip, we enjoyed our time. ##### Denise E.
