A/C was turned on in advance and worked well ( in July) , hot water never ran out ( 4 of us showering every evening after playing in the lake) the kayaks and tubes made for excellent fun and the owners even supplied heavy duty off road wagons for the trek to the water. Access to DVDs was helpful after a long day in the sun. Little to no cell service made this a perfect place to connect with my kids. We brought a camp stove to do any cooking we needed beyond the microwave. Did not use the grill but it was in good condition and clean. Easy access to the lake. Although the lake level was down (due to scheduled release by LCRA; Jeff had let us know several weeks before that it would happen) we still enjoyed fishing and lake access. King size bed comfortable and big shower in the Blue Bonnet cabin, it was 100+ and the air conditioners and fans kept it cool.
