"Nous n'avions pas de mouchoirs dans le distributeur et pas suffisamment de papier hygiénique dans la chambre. La manette de la télévision ne fonctionnait pas bien et pas possible d'éteindre l'écran de télé, il fallait débrancher le fil de la prise électrique."
