Separate toilet. Electric heating. 64 m² garage that can be used as a children's playroom (ping-pong table). 160 m² enclosed garden and 525 m² unenclosed lawn. Garden furniture. Sun loungers. Barbecue. Pétanque balls.  
Firewood, linens (tablecloth and tea towels), and electricity included. Towels €5/person/change. Sheets €12/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning €45.  
Baby equipment: 1 crib, 1 high chair, 1 bathtub, 1 changing table. 8 km from Hautefort Castle (Gardens and Museum of Medicine), 4 km from Tourtoirac Cave (Crystallization Cave), near Montignac (International Center for Cave Art, Lascaux 4), and Les Eyzies de Tayac (Capital of Prehistory). 15 km from Rouffiac leisure center (pedal boats, electric boats, water ski lift, windsurfing, canoeing, climbing towers, archery, paintball, zip line, treetop adventure park, etc.).
