This charming apartment is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable stay in Tours.  
  
Sleeping two people, it's designed to provide all the comforts you need with a modern decor, yet nestled in an ideal setting. All amenities are close at hand, and everything can be done on foot.  
  
Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door.  
  
A large hallway with storage space leads to the apartment's various rooms.  
  
First, a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed for a good night's sleep in complete peace and quiet.  
  
Next, the modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower, vanity unit and washing machine.  
Separate WC.  
  
Finally, a large, bright and tastefully decorated living room is there for you to relax in after a day's work or sightseeing.  
The large, comfortable sofa will enable you to take advantage of the Wifi connection or watch TV. A small office area is also available if you need to work.  
  
The kitchen opens onto the living room to enhance the conviviality of the space. It is fully equipped. You'll be able to prepare delicious meals just like at home (hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.).  
  
For your comfort, everything is included in the cleaning fee. You'll be able to travel light, too, as sheets and towels are provided.  
  
For our cycling friends, there's a private cellar where you can leave your bikes in complete safety.  
For students or lecturers, the Tanneurs college is just a stone's throw away.  
  
The setting is ideal for any type of stay. You'll be just a stone's throw from the old town of Tours and the historic heart of the city, as well as the banks of the Loire, a very pleasant place for a stroll and to enjoy the guinguette in summer.  
  
For greater flexibility, keys can be collected from a "point relais" a stone's throw from the accommodation, which closes at midnight.
