Que vous soyez en escapade romantique, en voyage d'affaires ou simplement en quête d'aventure, cet appartement pour 2 personnes est l'endroit idéal pour explorer la belle ville de Tours.   
  
D'une superficie de 20m², l'appartement vous offrira tout le confort nécessaire pour votre séjour.  
  
Le salon est aménagé de manière à créer une atmosphère cosy et intime. Après une journée riche en découvertes ou en travail, vous pourrez vous relaxer sur le canapé tout en profitant de la TV et de la connexion Wifi fibre.  
  
Pour prendre et préparer vos repas, vous aurez tout le nécessaire à disposition dans le coin cuisine ouvert sur le salon (plaques de cuisson, micro-onde, cafetière Senseo, etc.). De quoi concocter de bons petits plats !  
  
Le soir venu, un lit douillet vous attend dans la chambre.  
  
La salle de bain accueille une belle baignoire : endroit propice à la détente. Les WC sont dans la salle de bain.  
  
A noter : l'appartement est situé dans un quartier animé du Vieux Tours et peut donc être sujet à des nuisances sonores. Vous serez cependant au cœur de la ville et apprécierez l'architecture, le quartier et ses environs :)  
  
Pour votre confort, tout est compris dans les frais de ménage. Le ménage sera fait avant votre arrivée et à votre départ et les serviettes de toilette et les draps sont à votre disposition. Vous n'aurez donc que vos valiser à poser avant de partir explorer les environs !

Si vous venez à pieds, tout est à proximité ! Comptez moins de 20 minutes de marche depuis la gare de Tours. Le centre historique est à deux pas de l'appartement tout comme les Halles de Tours où vous y trouverez un marché le mercredi et le samedi.

Toutes les commodités sont à proximité : supérettes, pharmacie, boucherie, boulangerie, Halles de Tours pour découvrir les produits régionaux  
A moins de 10 minutes de marche vous pourrez rejoindre la rue Nationale, véritable artère commerciale de la ville.  
Vous serez également à proximité des bords de Loire et de sa guinguette ouverte en saison estivale.
