Come and discover this spacious 30m² T1 for 2 people in the heart of the chic and popular Prébendes district.  
Whether you come for business or for leisure, you will find all the comfort you need for your stay!  
  
In the bright living room where a cocooning atmosphere reigns, you will find a sofa to relax in after a day full of sightseeing or work. In the evening, it transforms into a bed for a good night's sleep.  
Another relaxation area is also at your disposal to watch TV.  
You will benefit from a fiber Wifi connection; ideal for teleworkers who can settle into the office.  
  
The kitchen is separate and closed. The latter is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals just like at home (hob, oven, Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, etc.)  
  
Finally, a bathroom is at your disposal with a shower and WC.  
  
For sunny days, take advantage of the long balcony to have your coffee, your meal or to admire the beautiful sunsets :)  
  
For your comfort, you will only have your suitcases to put down. Cleaning is done before your arrival and upon your departure and bed and bathroom linen are provided.  
  
Arrivals and departures are done independently using a key box.  
  
To conclude, this apartment is the ideal place for your stay in Touraine, don't hesitate to book!  
  
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator.  
You can easily access the property on foot or by car.  
Parking is free on the street.

The Prébendes district is a chic and popular district of the city of Tours. You will find there the Prébendes garden which is located 200 meters from the apartment. It is a relaxing place where you can stroll.  
  
The train station is a 19-minute walk away and Place Jean Jaurès, where the Town Hall stands, is a 17-minute walk away.  
  
Allow 20 minutes on foot to reach the famous Place Plumereau in the historic heart of the city of Tours.  
  
Within a 10-minute walk, you will find all amenities (supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, etc.)  
  
Bus line 5 stop “Rabelais” or lines 2 and 10 stop “Boisdenier” 10 minutes walk
