A peine le seuil de la porte passé, vous serez plongé dans le passé grâce aux poutres en bois et au charme de l'ancien qui règne dans cet appartement. Vous trouverez au rez-de-chaussée un beau salon. Vous pourrez vous reposer dans le confortable canapé tout en regardant la TV ou en naviguant sur Internet grâce à la connexion Wifi mise à votre disposition. A l'arrière du salon, vient le coin cuisine et repas. La cuisine est toute équipée afin que vous puissiez préparer de délicieux plats (cafetière à piston, mini-four, plaques de cuisson etc.). Ensuite, l'escalier vous conduira au premier étage. Vous y trouverez l'espace nuit mansardé avec un lit douillet pour de bonnes nuits de sommeil. Un espace rangement est également à votre disposition afin de pouvoir ranger toutes vos affaires. La salle de bain est attenante à la chambre. Vous pourrez vous relaxer dans la baignoire après une journée riche en travail ou en visites. Les WC sont dans la salle de bain. Lors des beaux jours, vous pourrez profitez d'une belle cour commune (il n'est cependant pas possible d'y installer du mobilier extérieur); un bel havre de paix en plein centre historique ! Pour nos amis cyclistes, vous pourrez également y entreposer vos vélos. Le quartier du Vieux Tours regorge de charme et d'histoire. Vous serez à quelques pas des principaux sites touristiques, des restaurants, des boutiques et des marchés locaux. C'est l'endroit idéal pour explorer la ville à pied et découvrir son riche patrimoine. Ce duplex est donc le lieu idéal pour un confortable séjour à Tours, que vous veniez dans le cadre des loisirs ou bien dans le cadre professionnel. Pour votre confort, tout est compris dans les frais de ménage. Votre lit sera fait à votre arrivée et vous aurez une serviette de toilette par personne. Vous n'aurez que vos valises à poser et à profiter ! A savoir : nous gérons également le logement (la Serpe du Vieux Tours) situé à la même adresse, juste en face et qui est idéal pour 4 personnes. Ainsi, si vous venez en groupe, vous pouvez, sous réserve de disponibilité, également le réserver afin de loger au même endroit :) N'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour en savoir plus ! Les arrivées se font en autonomie. Les clés sont à récupérer dans un point relais à deux minutes du logement et qui ferme à minuit. Attention : Ce logement ne s'adresse pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite de par sa configuration (escaliers pour accéder à la chambre et à la salle de bain/WC). Il est également situé dans un quartier pouvant être animé. Amis, familles ou même collègues, n'hésitez pas à réserver ce duplex au charme authentique et découvrez tout ce que Tours a à offrir ! Facilement accessible en voiture, vous trouverez des places payantes à proximité immédiates du logement. En vous éloignant un peu, il vous sera possible de trouver des places gratuites. Vous avez également un parking souterrain à 400 mètres de l'appartement. Ce T3, au cœur de la ville, est également très accessible en transports en commun ou même à pieds depuis la gare de Tours. Vous serez dans un quartier très vivant avec tout à portée de main. Le logement est très bien desservi par les transports en commun. De nombreux bus passent à proximité du logement (lignes 3,5,14,15,50). Le tramway est quant à lui à 750 mètres.
