Over night stay

Was perfect for us for a 1 night stay on the way to the south of France. Room was basic but clean. We have an EV vehicle so chose hotel for that service as well. McDonald’s nearby for late night tea.

Unexpectedly comfortable

The address on google maps didn't take me to the hotel so I got a bit worried when I couldn't find it. Eventually I found it just as a hotel listed nearby. I arrived after the reception was closed so did self check-in from the machine at the front door. It was very easy and straighforward. I wasn't sure what to expect in the hotel and was delighted with how spacious my room was and how comfortable the bed was. I would definitely recommend it as it was well situated, an excellent price and comfortable and clean with free parking.

Wonderful little hotel - but my laptop ....!

Everything was perfect but my laptop did not like it ! Reception : 10/10 Comfort : 10/10 Cleanliness : 10/10 Late arrival : 10/10 This was a really nice little hotel with a very pleasant breakfast room. The manager called me to explain in full detail how to self check in when he knew I was arriving late. First class. Modern bathroom, tops. Room recently painted and looking excellent. Heating was easy to operate and works. The beds were super comfortable. Plenty of on-site parking - it's not gated parking, but still right next to the hotel. The room is tight but everything is so well arranged, it works well. The breakfast croissants were wonderful - all butter - and the breakfast lounge is bright (floor to ceiling windows) and wonderfully colourful ! Bémols - Little problems -------------------------------- The TV froze while using it, so had to unplug the power to turn it off. The desktop surface is not large enough for a laptop. In 2024 this is unforgivable. I had to work with my laptop on the bed and using my mouse on my backpack. So, if you plan to work late in your bedroom with a laptop, this is not a hotel to stay at. I absolutely recommend this hotel because the whole experience was so nice, but not, if like me, you have to work on a laptop. Lastly, the wall notice telling customers not to be noisy is too condescending and off-putting - 95% of visitors to this lovely hotel will be well behaved - they should get rid of it.

A cheap stay, walked in and somebody was in the room we had been allocated, parking was good EV charger on site and handy for the city. It was just ok but you get what you pay for

Inexpensive but microscopic sized room

The receptionist spoke very clear and easily understood English and was super nice. The breakfast was very nice and everything in the room worked as it should. However, be it known, the room was microscopic in size. The bathroom was like a broom closet. There was very little room to move around within the room or the bathroom. For one person, it would be OK for two people as were we it was crowded.

The hotel is in a good location and includes free parking. The room size was very small for three of us two adults and one child Bathroom was not fit for purpose as it would leak the water from the shower onto the floor floor every day so was an extremely poor design. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear the next door person snoring loudly. The common area of the hotel is mediocre and had a funny smell. Overall, not a bad hotel for of short stay for the price, but would recommend to find something else in the area of a larger size and better layout.

Accueil parfait Chambre petite avec un grand lit confortable. Il faut se faxer pour tourner autour du lit et pour les toilettes qui se trouvent dans la salle de douche c est encore pire sans compter sur le porte serviette qui est juste au dessus de la cuvette et que l on prend dans la tête en se levant. Pas de table de nuit . Lavabo en dehors de la salle de douche tellement cette dernière est minuscule .. On trouve une bouilloire avec deux sachets de thé, sympa. Petit placard juxtaposé au support de la télé. Passages dans les couloirs un peu bruillant.. Pas mal de restaurants à proximité.

J'ai pour habitude de loger dans des hôtels de tout type. Le compte n'y ai pas. Pensant bénéficier d'une bonne promotion via hôtels.com et leurs site qui me propose une bonne reduction toujours sur leurs site, que j'utilise pour la première fois, je trouve donc un Brit Hôtel, suprise à l'arrivée, il s'agit d'un Brit hôtel Essentiel. Donc disons le un fast hôtel formule 1 ou appelez cela comme vous voudrez. Ménage à revoir. Les douches ont été refaite apparemment, je vous laisse découvrir les photos. L'hôtel n'a pas été rénové comme on peut le voir sur internet. J'ai l'impression d'avoir été tout bonnement trompé, c'est dommage. Les chambres sont petites mais cela est semble t'il notifié donc pas de surprise la dessus. Je ne vous le déconseille pas parce que le personnel est sympathique, mais de la clairvoyance et de l'honnêteté n'ont jamais fait de mal à personne sur les annonces.

Hôtel idéal pour une étape!

De passage pour une nuit, malgré l’extérieur un peu défraîchi, cet hôtel propose un accueil chaleureux, les chambres y sont propres, les lits confortables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet varié, copieux privilégiant les produits locaux ( fromage, confitures aux parfums originaux…). Excellent rapport qualité-prix!

Très bien pour le prix

Juste une nuit pour cette fois mais j'ai l'habitude d'y séjourner quand je vais à Tours car l'hôtel est hyper bien situé : zone commerciale et tram à 4 minutes à pied. L'état s'est cependant un peu dégradé depuis mes premières visites il y a quelques années avec un hôtel qui a vieilli (c'est normal) mais dont la propreté n'est pas parfaite (moutons de poussière entre les portes). Personnellement ça ne me dérange pas mais je le signale pour les gens tatillons ou allergiques, asthmatiques etc. Je n'ai pas profité du petit-déjeuner donc je ne peux rien dire à ce niveau. L'arrivée à 15h le semble très très tardive. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir payer en espèces me semble très grave, je me demande même si c'est légal d'ailleurs... Bref, je recommande, j'y retorunerai mais il y a des bémols.

Faire réviser l'automate d'enregistrement

Accès facile, même en pleine nuit grâce à un système de paiement et délivrance de clé automatique. Néanmoins, sur le ticket délivré après le paiement, il est indiqué que le petit déjeuner est compris. Or, le lendemain matin, mauvaise surprise, la personne à l'accueil nous dit qu'il y a un dysfonctionnement et que nous devons régler les petits-déjeuners en plus. Mécontentement de notre part puisque ce qui est écrit est dû...(même s'il s'agit d'une erreur). L'accueil nous consent une remise, mais nous avons tout de même payé 10€. Nous estimons néanmoins que nous n'aurions rien dû payer.

Des horaires peu lisibles à l'entrée car je pensais être à l'heure pour récupérer ma clé avant la fermeture alors qu'ils étaient fermés une heure avant. Toutefois, l'accueil était présent et la chambre présentable malgré énormément de poussière dans l'encadrement de la porte de la salle de bain.
