The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only) and a television with a flat screen. This area also provides access to a balcony, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have everything you need for preparing meals during your stay.

The property is furnished with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. It features a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Additionally, reserved parking is available for your convenience. For your entertainment, multiple televisions with flat screens are provided in different rooms.
