Travel back in time through the exploits of aviator Pierre de Saint-Roman, grandfather of Josephe, the owner. Appreciate the numerous paintings depicting the pilot's first Atlantic crossing in 1927\. A Renaissance chest, a 19th-century chandelier, an oak bookcase, and travertine floors... the furniture and fine materials immerse you in another era. Stroll in the shade of the century-old trees and sip a delicious fruit juice picked up 500 meters away at the "Au Jardin d'Espirac" community grocery store. Toulouse and its iconic sites are a 20-minute drive away: the Cité de l'Espace, the Halle aux Machines, and the Envol des Pionniers. For swimming, Lake Caraman is 16 km away. For bike rides, head to the Canal du Midi, 7 km away. The Lauragais region is at your feet, with Saint-Félix-Lauragais and its Cocagne and Pastel Festival. Breathtaking views of the Montagne Noire are 24 km away. Revel is 40 minutes away (Cité d'Art, the most beautiful market in France, and Lake Saint-Ferréol). The city of Carcassonne and Albi are 80 km away. Gîte of 115 m² on 2 levels, adjoining a year-round rental and a garage: On the ground floor: - Entrance leading to a separate toilet and a staircase. - Living room with fireplace - Dining room / fitted kitchen On the first floor, accessible by 2 staircases, on either side of the gîte: - Master suite, 160x200cm double bed, office area, and private bathroom. - Bedroom with two 80x200cm single beds, which can be combined into a double bed, and a desk. - Bedroom with 1 single bed and a desk. - Shower room/WC. Superb Toulouse brick farmhouse in the middle of a 6-hectare park between the Canal du Midi and Toulouse
