It features a 64 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 400 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- 64 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bedroom 1: a master suite with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room (with walk-in shower) \- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190) \- Bathroom with shower and bath \- Two separate WCs \- Gym For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
