\- 1 large living room of 35m² facing west / southwest and opening onto a balcony. The Us kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer, 3-burner hob, coffee maker, etc.)  
\- 3 bedrooms with double bed (one of 10.9m², one of 11.7m² and one of 15m² with 160cm bed also opening onto a balcony)  
\- a large bathroom with corner bath and washing machine.  
No Wi-fi.
