The cozy Albaniz apartment complex is conveniently located in the heart of Tossa de Mar, Spain, just 300 meters from the sea and the beach. It offers convenient amenities such as internet Wi-Fi and parking spaces, making it an ideal vacation rental for your stay in this charming coastal town.

You can look forward to a practical 3-room apartment spanning 65 square meters on the 3rd floor during your vacation. The living/dining area features a dining table, digital TV, and access to international TV channels, leading out to the balcony. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), while the other has two single beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, the apartment provides a washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. A reserved parking space (number 7) for one car is also included.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment boasts practical furnishings, with no heating option available. The balcony offers furniture and a view of the resort. Please note that the TV channels are limited to French, German, and Spanish languages. The property is registered under the HUTG-040016 code.
