« La dame de la réception est très gentille et serviable avec de bons conseils. Cependant c’est une horreur pour dormir. Nous savions que l’hôtel était dans une gare. Mais aucune information nous indiquait à l’avance que les trains feraient littéralement trembler tout le bâtiment. Et ceci toute la nuit !! Il y a aussi le bruit de la sonnerie lorsqu’un train arrive et toute ce bruit avec de simples fenêtres sans double vitrage. Et comme il faisait très chaud nous aurions voulu ouvrir la fenêtre....

« Accueil a la suédoise, très froid. On nous a à peine expliqué et présenté les différentes facilités qu’offre l’hôtel. Le cottage n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée mais le pire ce sont les lits, ils doivent dater de plus de 50 ans, les ressorts ne tiennent plus, du coup on a dormi par terre sur les sur matelas. »

« Appartement charmant. NEANMOINS, nous avions réservé un appartement avec 2 chambres. Ce que nous avons découvert sur place et qui n'avait pas été signalé au préalable, c'est qu'une des 2 chambres était minuscule (5 m² au mieux). Pour 2 grands enfants (23 et 19 ans), c'était trop petit. Si cela avait été indiqué (ce qui aurait dû être le cas), nous n'aurions pas fait cette réservation. Impossible de changer car le site était complet. Communication par sms uniquement car personne n'est...
