Experience the epitome of luxury at the amazing Villa Luisa Seaview 1 in Torrox Costa, with breathtaking sea views and a spacious terrace with private swimming pool with salt water system for gentle, eco-friendly swimming.  
  
This luxurious villa measures 120 square metres in total, and boasts a terrace of over 100 square metres that offers a splendid sea view and comes with an outdoor dining area, cosy seating and barbecue facilities for you to enjoy a perfect alfresco meal. In addition, the terrace is equipped with a wind-sensing awning that protects you from the sun, allowing you to savour your meals and drinks in a comfortable shaded spot. Plus, you can stay connected throughout your stay with the villa's high-speed Internet access.  
  
The sea-facing rooms provide a unique experience where you can wake up to stunning sea views. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, with three double beds located on the upper floor and two single beds on the ground floor, offering ample space for up to 8 guests. There are also two magnificent bathrooms with large showers, a contemporary living room that includes a dining area and large sliding glass doors that open onto the main terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.  
  
The villa is air-conditioned and comes with everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. Enjoy uninterrupted sea views, as there is nothing to obstruct them, and the beach and nearby chiringuitos and restaurants are a short 200 metre walk away.  
  
About the area:  
Discover the pristine Peñoncillo beach, located between Nerja and Torrox Costa, in the province of Malaga, Spain. Its crystal clear waters and pebbly shore are famous for attracting a large number of visitors, both locals and tourists. The beach offers multiple beach bars and restaurants where you can enjoy fresh seafood and drinks while admiring the stunning views. If you prefer a more comfortable experience, you can rent sun loungers.  
  
About the resort:  
If you rent the four luxurious villas, you can comfortably accommodate up to 34 people. The fourth villa, with its five bedrooms, can accommodate up to 10 guests, while each of the other three villas can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests each. This is the perfect option for larger groups or families who wish to stay together in luxurious surroundings while still enjoying their own private space.  
  
Parking:  
We offer the convenience of a parking space located in the same building as the villas, allowing for easy and worry-free parking. Please note that there is only one parking space available inside the building for each villa. However, if you have more cars, parking outside is also very easy and convenient, as there is plenty of space available.  
  
For added convenience, you can book an airport transfer and/or order a welcome pack with cold drinks and tasty food.  
  
Personalised Check In Service: You can arrive from 16:00 h. at any time. On the day of your arrival, your Host Manager will personally meet you on site to hand you the keys and explain all the advantages of this exceptional property.

#### Das Haus ist schön - komfortabel

Wir waren gesamthaft mit dem Aufenthalt in Torrox zufrieden. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, auch wenn die AC nicht immer richtig funktioniert hat. Das Personal der Casasol hat immer schnell reagiert, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Nicht akzeptabel ist aber das anliegende Grundstück, praktisch eine Abfallgrube… Und noch eine Bemerkung: wir waren bei der Buchung der Meinung, das Haus befindet sich in Nerja, dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Eine eindeutige Adresse und Karte des Objektes sollten beigelegt werden. Gesamthaft waren wir zufrieden.
