Less than 5 minutes drive to Nerja´s town centre. Property has three floors, one of them is situated in same level as pool/garden area and it is like a self contained apartment with independent access, kitchenet, showeroom, living area and double bed. An extra fold up bed can be placed in this area too. In total at the property there are 4 single beds and 2 double beds. Beautiful, comfortable house "Vista Bonita". In the resort 2 km from the centre of Nerja, in a sunny position residential area (villas), 500 m from the sea, from the beach. Private: garden, swimming pool angular (5 x 7 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 31.Dec. - 01.Jan.). In the house: washing machine. We had to leave the Villa for 2 days and was woke up very early on the 3rd morning with excavation noises and vans pulling up taking rubble away.
