This duplex penthouse is designed so that groups of friends or families do not have to compromise on space, allowing some to enjoy the private jacuzzi overlooking the Mediterranean while others share an al fresco dinner in complete privacy. **The Property:** Spread over two levels to ensure independence, it has **3 double bedrooms** and 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs. Two bedrooms and the living room are located on the main floor, while the upper floor is reserved exclusively for the master suite, which connects directly to the large solarium. **Indoor and outdoor living:** Fluidity is the key to this penthouse; the living room opens onto a main terrace ideal for breakfast in the shade, while the jewel in the crown is its **private terrace on the upper level**. However, no consideration was given to the comfort of anyone over 30 years old. The beds were very low and difficult to get out of and the two sofas in the living room were incredibly uncomfortable. No walk-in showers, only bathtubs with no slip mats or grab bars. We had to buy slips mats.We will be back to Torrox Costa, but not to this unit ##### Garry O. Very quiet peaceful location with great terraces. 10 minute stroll and you reach the promenade with bars and restaurants. We hired a car to visit stunning mountain villages, Nerja a short drive away.
