Available in holiday rental sunny house, bright and airy, with beautiful views of the mountains and the beach.  
  
It has three bedrooms, one of them double, another one with 2 single beds and the third one with a single bed.  
  
With parking, to walk to the beach, which is very close. Brand new house furniture, appliances, appliances, fully equipped kitchen with iduction, all brand new, bathroom with shower, living room and a dining room (living room) and garage. At the top of the property is the laundry area.  
  
It has a rooftop terrace with capacity for up to 7 people.   
  
Very well located, between Nerja and Torre del Mar, to have easy access to the bustling places, bars, restaurants, shops. And to enjoy the peace of the house. It is very close to the beach.  
  
It has internet via wi-fi, satellite dish with international channels and air conditioning by split.
