Walking paths are available from the house, extending for 10 km. Nearby attractions include the picturesque towns of Frigiliana, Nerja, Competa, Torre del Mar, Maro, and La Herradura. Additionally, the well-known ski region of Sierra Nevada and the lake La Viñuela are easily accessible. Hiking opportunities are available in the Sierra Tejeda and Sierra Almijara regions.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 4-room terraced house with a spacious, practical, and comfortable layout. The living/dining room features digital TV and air conditioning, with access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There are three bedrooms: one with a 90 cm bed, one with a french bed (150 cm), and one with two 90 cm beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning units installed. Additionally, there are two showers/WC and one bath/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities to enhance your stay. These include air conditioning units throughout the property, a washing machine for your laundry needs, and a barbecue area for outdoor grilling. The unit also features a private patio with terrace furniture, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. Other amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, television, and wireless internet (WiFi) access free of charge. The maximum capacity of the property is 5 guests, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms available.  
  
Other Information  
The property, known as "Balcón del Mediterraneo," offers a south-facing position with a stunning panoramic view of the sea. The terraced house has a total area of 110 square meters and features a porch area. For families with young children, the unit provides a high chair and a baby cot suitable for up to 3-year-olds.
