Fantastic spacious holiday home to rent for breaks on Millionaires Row in La Veleta, on the southern edge of Torrevieja, in Valencia. Stunning views of the sea and lakes. Two minutes walking distance from the ocean, and just five minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants, beaches and a good size Aldi supermarket. Situated in Torrevieja, Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain, this fantastic building is surrounded by prestigious villas and mansions, and is just a few metres from the seafront.

Relax with a drink on the sunny private south-facing balcony as you breathe the sea air, hear the waves and watch the yachts sail by! The outside space is secure with a communal pool and a children's pool. The location is a 35 minutes drive from Alicante Airport or 40 from Murcia airport.

En suite double bedroom with bathroom containing a walk-in shower, twin room with own balcony access, large second shower room, big living/dining room with balcony and modern open plan kitchen. Utility room with washing machine. Air conditioning, internet and English TV included. Also TV channels in Spanish, French, Russian and German. There's a DVD, stereo, two sofas which convert into beds for larger groups, in living room, and an infant travel cot included free of charge.

Fully equipped fitted kitchen with everything you could need for a perfect self-catering stay! Oven/hob/hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all usual utensils and glasses etc are provided. Plenty of cooking equipment and facilities.

We have a local agent in the area who looks after the keys, organizes cleaning, towels and bedding, and can arrange airport transfers, extra baby equipment hire, welcome packs etc at a reasonable price, or meet you with the keys and deal with any problems or questions. You can also contact us while you are away.

We request a bond via the website for damage/keys. We can post keys to you before you go if required, along with directions, information and our full contact details as well as our agent's. This info can also be emailed.
Rental prices will be pro rata for one week plus, so you will receive great value for any extra days required if available! Plenty of clean, fresh linen and towels are supplied. Rates include power, air conditioning, swimming, management, TV, wi-fi, postage and packing etc. The price is for the whole apartment for the whole family or group. Flights, meals etc not included. We accept payment through this website or Paypal, cash, cheque in GBP only if time allows, bank transfer or deposit (£ or euro) etc.

The property is on the peaceful southern outskirts of a busy town, with easy access via the dual carriageway, and good public transport. It is just two minutes walk to the rocky seafront, and five or ten minutes walk to a wide choice of sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, parks and well stocked supermarkets including the nearby big Aldi. Hiring a car is not necessary, but if you are driving, parking in the street is easy and convenient right outside, and there are many top golf courses including Villa Martin and Las Ramblas, and other attractions nearby. You can walk or drive to beach restaurants, the Marina, and the bustling seafront promenade for tourists, in the town centre, with many wonderful restaurants and first class shopping. Large local market on Fridays. Diving, fishing, water sports, boat trips, water parks, tennis and beautiful sandy beaches are available locally.

The large living area has Broadband, aircon, Satellite TV with UK channels, a DVD player with a selection of films, and a stereo. The sofas both convert to beds and there are spare floor mattresses for any room, for larger groups, and all the necessary sizes of extra linen, pillows etc. An infant travel cot is included. Sleeps 8 including the baby!

The en suite double bedroom has the bathroom with big modern shower enclosure (no bathtub), a bidet and vanity basin. The twin bedroom has access to the large secure balcony, and the balcony can also be entered from the living area. There is a second family shower room with a large walk-in shower. Two lifts/elevators to choose from, from ground floor to this 6th floor property, and the option of stairs. Furniture for balcony and pool side.

Alicante airport is 35 minutes approx by road and Murcia airport about 40 minutes. Our keys are looked after by a local agent, who can arrange airport transfers by car for a low price if you do not intend to drive, and answer any questions while you are there. She can also supply the keys, welcome packs, equipment hire and other help. Or we could send you the keys and directions with full details in advance.

Rates include English television channels, and other languages, aircon, internet, power, water, cot, swimming, management, key holding, booking and p&p etc. Plenty of fresh towels and bedding are provided. There is a charge for the laundry of linen and towels, and cleaning the apartment between guests. This is included in the HomeAway/VRBO total shown.

At the other end to the south you will find the beach of Los Naufragos, near our apartment.
