The 60 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair and a baby cot are also available for an extra fee per item per night. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with garden furniture and an open terrace. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 24m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 190m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 86m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 143m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 130m Playa del Cura. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi usage is optional (available for a fee). Option of private parking nearby for a fee per day, depending on availability. Parking is free on the street. Late arrival/departure option or on non-working days (in Torrevieja, see internet): Free of charge from 10am to 2pm and from 4pm to 8pm every day during the week and on Saturday morning from 10am to 2pm.
