### 054 Sun Olive Apartment-Alicante Holiday

Nice house on the border of Torrevieja and La Mata.   
  
The house has a bedroom with a queen size bed, which also has a large closet for personal belongings, there is air conditioning.   
  
In the living room there is a double sofa bed. Also in the living room there are additional movable furniture (table with monitor) that can be used for internet work. For your comfort, the living room is also air-conditioned.   
  
The kitchen of this house is combined with the living room, which is a big plus; If you're resting with kids: they're always in sight.   
  
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook: a ceramic hob with extractor fan, a new refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle; It also has satellite channels where you can watch channels of which language (Spanish, English, German and more)   
  
The bathroom has a spacious and comfortable shower.   
  
It has a comfortable and very bright terrace for sunbathing, for a romantic dinner or a cocktail.   
  
The residential complex has two swimming pools with a children's area, open all the time, except in the morning when the pool is cleaned. In addition, you can bathe at night without making noise and disturbing the neighbors.   
  
You can also enjoy the walks in the urbanization through a beautiful garden where you can also find a large tennis area and a mini-golf course to also enjoy the active time.
