La Casita del Mar is a spacious and welcoming holiday home in Torremolinos, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 300 m², it accommodates up to 8 guests. The house features a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an extra toilet.  
  
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work and video calls, a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. A cot and high chair are available on request for an extra fee.  
  
Outside, enjoy a private space ideal for relaxing, with a garden, several terraces (one covered), balcony, barbecue, and a soothing hot tub.  
  
The location is excellent: just 100 m from a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, and bars, and 300 m from the beach. Public transport stops are nearby.  
  
The property offers a private parking space and free street parking. Families with children and up to 3 pets are welcome. Smoking and events are allowed; smoking is recommended in outdoor areas.
