It is just a 5 minute walk from the sea front, but also has a massive balcony around 2 full sides of the property which adds so much space. The hosts replied very quickly to queries, and the check-in process works well. The keypad was very convenient - no need to worry about losing keys. It's not obvious from the listing, but there is a Smart TV and a hob in the property, and good, fast wi-fi. Even though it is close to the front, it is a quiet location.
