And, for sure, the communication with the property manager! We enjoyed the location of the condo: not right near the sea, so, we could walk a little every day in this very nice neighbourhood! Auch waren Dinge,wie zb Toilettenpapier,Küchenrolle,Spülmaschinentabs, Pril u Spültücher, ausreichend vorhanden. Wir hatten keinen Leihwagen, was aber durch die Nähe zur Station la Colina (ca 5 min Fußweg) kein Problem war. Wir haben mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alles sehr gut erreichen können. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit, was wir schon bei der Buchung feststellen konnten. Auch kann man ihn bei Fragen jederzeit erreichen.Sollten wir nochmal in Torremolinos Urlaub machen, würde ich diese Wohnung gerne wieder mieten . ##### Martina B. Das gesammte Haus ist in einem sehr guten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Der Eigentümer der Wohnung ist hilfsbereit, freundlich, und zuvorkommend. Waschmaschinen im Keller kostenlos. Ein normaler Pool und ein Kinderpool im Garten. Restaurant im Hause. Nach Rücksprache kann gefrühstückt oder zu Abend gegessen werden. Zum Bahnhof La Colina ca. 5min. zu Fuss.
