"We loved all the amenities such as the pool, sauna, breakfast buffet, restaurants, and lounge. It was nice to be so close to the beach and there was lots to see and do close by. The only negatives were that it was very loud from our room as we were right by the stairs and elevator. Also, the hot tub was not very hot. Aside from that everything was great! "

"Pros-The breakfast buffet was good with variety and selection for vegetarians and non vegetarian both. Pool is also very spacious and location was great on oceanfront and variety of restaurants at walking distance. We celebrated 75th bday for my dad. We told the hotel guest services and they provided complimentary pastry, champagne bottle and sweets. That was the highlight. Cons-Nightly entertainment could be improved. One thing we really missed was tea or coffee in the morning until buffet...

"The staff, from the front desk up to housekeeping up to breakfast restaurant up to bar tendering, all staff is doing their utmost best always despite the immense business going on during touristic seasons, even when the hotel is at full occupancy, they all do work with a smile on their face to serve us, visitors, at their Grand Cerventas, BLUE, wherefore my special thanks to all of them. "Stayed for 2 nights,felt very relaxed at the hotel especially with a bright and cheerful reception from the lady on the desk as we checked in.Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold foods.I ate the typical English breakfast,cereal,toast,eggs,bacon etc.My wife chose smoked salmon with a variety of cheeses and quality fruit,all food was replenished when needed.We ate in a part of the restaurant which I believe some guests were not aware of,a glass fronted dining room overlooking the sea...
