AT119 Nova Torredembarra: Splendid Duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms in the newly built residential complex of "Nova Torredembarra", in Torredembarra. The accomodation is furnished and fully equipped and it has air-conditioning and heating, dishwasher, tumble dryer, vitroceramic hob and so on. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, one bathroom, two bedrooms and the living/dining-room, facing a 15 sqm terrace. The stairs in the hall will lead you to the upper floor, where you fill find the third bedroom, a bathroom and a 30 sqm terrace. From this terrace there is a great view over the sea and the beach. Enjoy the lovely common area, which has a large grass garden, a pool (open from May to October) and a playground for children. A private parking place and Wi-Fi connection are included in the rental price. Enjoy the Spanish sun in one of the best sand beaches of the Costa Daurada! Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
