### AT066 Boabi: Apartamento con A/A, wifi y parking frente de la playa

AT066 Boabi: Apartment in the Boabi building on the seafront and overlooking La Paella beach. Completely renovated, the accommodation has 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, a very well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a living-dining room with access to the terrace with garden furniture, awning and a beautiful view of the beach. In the living room there is an air conditioner and the master bedroom has a ceiling fan. The house has a private parking space in the underground parking of the building. On the seafront you will find restaurants and a supermarket 350 meters away. The historic and commercial center of the town is a 10-minute walk away. Enjoy your beach vacation in one of the best areas of the Catalan coast! Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
