The accommodation has a living room with access to a terrace with garden furniture, separate kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (has a trundle bed), and another bathroom with bathtub. This makes the property ideal for a couple with 2 or 3 children. There are mosquito nets on all windows and ceiling fans in all rooms. The rental price includes a private parking space for a small car (2,40mx4,50m) and access to the communal swimming pool. The commercial centre of the village is only a few minutes walk away. And in less than 10 minutes walking (5 min away there is an underpass to the beach area) you reach the beach of Baix a Mar and the Maritime Quarter where there are restaurants and bars to enjoy the delicious Mediterranean gastronomy, and also a children's area on the beach.
