« Partis pour une semaine et on a joué les prolongations. L'hôtel n'a rien de fou, le village n'est pas dingue, la plage a proximité est polluée aux métaux lourds, Cartagena et ses commodités sont assez loin mais c'est tranquille, très calme et reposant. »

"Chambre globalement propre, mais la salle de bain ne l’était pas correctement : nous avons retrouvé une serviette déjà utilisée, ce qui est clairement inacceptable. La literie est satisfaisante et confortable. Un lit bébé nous a été apporté dans la soirée, ce qui est appréciable. L’espace dans la chambre est correct. En revanche, l’accès est mal adapté : chambre située au 3ᵉ étage, avec un seul ascenseur très sollicité (longue attente, notamment à cause d’un groupe). Une fois à l’étage, il faut encore descendre quelques marches pour accéder au couloir des chambres. Avec deux enfants en bas âge, dont une poussette, c’est franchement contraignant. Ce point aurait dû être anticipé : l’âge des enfants est renseigné lors de la réservation, il serait logique d’adapter l’attribution des chambres en conséquence. Concernant la restauration, le buffet du soir est moyen (par exemple, absence de fromage). Nous n’avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner. Point très positif : la vue depuis la chambre est superbe, une vraie bonne surprise. "
