### Stunning groundfloor apartment - MO2802LT

Summary:  
This lovely 2 bed and 2 bath apartment has a very spacious glass curtained terrace where stunning golf views can be enjoyed in the afternoon sun. With 2 bathrooms and space for 4 its a very special apartment.  
  
The Space:  
This spacious apartment sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and two singles. A bright lounge with large wide screen TV with double doors that opens out onto a large glass curtained terrace which has stunning views over the golf course. There is also a garden with a private heated jacuzzi. There is a fully fitted kitchen which has recently been refurbished creating an open space, with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and microwave oven. The shared bathroom has a walk in shower, double wash hand basin and toilet. There is a 2nd on suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.   
  
\*Jacuzzi can be heated for a supplement of 15€ / night.  
  
There is parking on the street and there is also an underground parking space accessed with a remote control fob on request.  
  
The complex is gated and has a 24hr a day security staff onsite.  
  
You will find a variety of restaurants including an Italian, Indian and Snack bar. The club house has a relaxed atmosphere, showing live sports and entertainment. There is also an Ice Cream parlour and Tapas bar that open seasonally.  
  
There are 16 communal swimming pools, some with jacuzzis, gardens and children’s play areas available for you to use, also tennis courts. You will also find a cashpoint, large supermarket, souvenir shop/newsagent, pro golf shop, hair and beauty salon and onsite fitness classes/personal trainer.   
  
The local town of Roldan is less than a 5 minute drive away has many restaurants and bars, sports facilities, banks, supermarkets and shops, also local farmers markets twice a week. Vibrant local fiestas are held here through the year.  
  
Beaches of the Mar Menor (little sea), Mediterranean and Marinas are 15-20 minutes away as is Murcia Corvera airport. Alicante airport is also just 1hr away. La Torre has great motorway links and a train station located in the local town of Balsicas with a direct link to the historical and beautiful cities Madrid, Murcia and Cartagena.  
  
The Murcian culture is both diverse and interesting. With all surrounding towns to La Torre Golf Resort still enjoying regular traditional fiestas and events. Practically every activity/sport you can think of is enjoyed here by many year round. With plenty of Golf, cycling routes (both road and mountain) historical walks/hiking, horse riding all within 10 minutes of the resort.
