An attractively furnished (inside and out) 2 bedroom/1 bathroom 1 st floor apartment on the stunning 5 Star La Torre Golf Resort. The apartment is situated only a few minutes’ walk from the resorts bars, restaurants, golf club, Hotel, Spar supermarket, a choice of more than communal 20 swimming pools and play parks. There is a covered outside terraced seating/dining area and a fully tiled large L-Shaped terrace with comfortable seating and sun-loungers. The sun can also be enjoyed until sunset on the expansive sun terrace overlooking the golf course offering great views from the terrace.  
The apartment is well-appointed inside and has free Fibre WiFi, air conditioning, a fully equipped  
kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, filter coffee machine, sofa, 2 individual chairs, HD Smart TV with onsite Freeview/numerous British channels in the living room, and a dining table with 4 chairs. In Bedroom 1 there is a double bed with fitted wardrobes and in Bedroom 2 there are 2 single beds with fitted wardrobes. In the Living Room there is a double sofa bed as well.  
The furnishings and equipment are in excellent condition due to a recent refurburshiment.  
La Torre Golf Resort is a stunning, very well maintained and secure resort with tree lined avenues. It has high quality bars and restaurants plus a Hair Salon/Spa on site along with other amenities that include 20 large communal swimming pools, tennis courts, padel tennis courts, outdoor table tennis tables, and a supermarket. In addition, amenities at the Hilton hotel include a fully equipped 24hr gym, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, steam bath, and a wellness area with 5 treatment rooms (plus a further 3 restaurants and bar within the Hilton Hotel). You can also lease bikes and electric scooters  
on the Resort in the square. La Torre Golf Resort is in an ideal location 20 minutes from Murcia Airport and 60 minutes from Alicante Airport. The road infrastructure in the Murcia region is modern and extremely easy to navigate.  
The tranquil Mar Menor with over 10km of beautiful beaches and its beachside towns/ villages is only 25 minutes away; the beaches on the Mediterranean can be reached in 25 minutes by car. There is also Roldan town which has a good range of shops including a supermarket, bars/restaurants, Roldan church with a nice square that you can sit outside and enjoy a coffee of cold drink and it is only 10 minutes away by car or cab. The historic but fashionable cities of Murcia and Cartagena are each around a 25/35 minutes drive easy to reach with a car  
and they have countless shops, bars, restaurants, and other amenities - they are both extremely  
pleasant and typically Spanish with stunning architecture and attractive Plazas. There are two water parks, many modern shopping centres and well over 20 golf courses within a 25/30 minute drive as well as numerous local markets, bars and restaurants.  
La Torre has a beautiful Jack Nicklaus designed resort-type golf course with hundreds of palm trees, vast lakes, and aesthetically pleasing bunkers. It has various tee options that golfers of all abilities will find challenging and enjoyable. Due to it being reasonably flat, it is also one of the few courses in the area that can be enjoyed on foot whatever the time of year. La Torre is one of the four courses that make up the GNK Golf Experience.
