### Welcome to Luxury Family home in East York. 

Welcome to Luxury Family home in East York. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. You will love your stay at this spacious 3 bedroom/ 1 washroom home. This house has a basement unit with separate entrance and not connected to the main floor, so you’re not sharing your space with anyone else. Entire house is renovated very recently with modern and stylish fittings. 2 parking space in driveway.  
The space  
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 washroom, living room with dining space and a kitchen in main floor. Queen bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in second bedroom and 1 double bed with reading table and chair in 3rd bedroom. The host lives in the basement which is totally separated from main floor. Basement has separate entrance and there is no access to main floor.
