Amazing location convenient to transit and local restaurants. Very smooth and convenient; easy check-in instructions and the included parking was a plus. Overall a great place to stay. A few issues need some attention: Bathroom is cramped with a large broken cabinet, shower does not drain well, the fold-out sofa is slanted to the middle making it difficult to sleep on (making it hard to actually sleep 6). There were only a few parking spots available, and the cars already parked were not parked properly. I expected there to be a reception, but there wasn’t one, only a maintenance line. When I called, they told me to park in a very tight spot, which was inconvenient and stressful after a long day. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated. However, there was only one small garbage bin in the washroom and none in the kitchen, which was not practical. The biggest issue was the hot water. When I tried to take a shower that night, there was no hot water at all, only freezing cold water. I waited about 30 minutes and then called the maintenance line. I was told the hot water had probably run out and to wait another 30 minutes. I waited over an hour, and still no hot water, so I couldn’t shower that night. The next morning, I tried again with the same result. I called maintenance once more and was again told the water had probably run out. When I explained that I had already waited a long time with no improvement, I was told it was too late to send anyone to check the issue. I waited another hour, and there was still no hot water. Overall, the lack of proper parking, no front desk support, and especially the ongoing hot water issue made this a very disappointing stay. The service was not helpful, and the problem was never resolved. I booked the day of and everything was so well organized, check in was easy and there was even free parking with the rental which is rare in Toronto. Inside everything was clean and had everything we needed. We cooked a meal no problem and the bed was super comfortable. I found the aesthetic to be minimal but in a great way. And the price was great in comparison to others in the area. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else looking to stay in this area. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights to see some concerts in Toronto. The location of this property is amazing. It offers free parking (literally unheard of in any major city), a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a separate bedroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room came with a white noise machine (life saver) and a fan for air circulation and further noise dampening. The kitchen was equipped with any cooking utensil you could possibly need, and plenty of different appliances such as a full oven, full fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. This property does not have an elevator, and the room I stayed in was up two flights of stairs. This wasn’t a problem for me, but if you have any kind of mobility issue, or will have a lot of things to lug up to your room, I’d recommend staying in one of the lower level rooms. One thing I will mention is the cleanliness of the room. Overall it was fine, but whatever they use to clean the floors leaves a residue (almost like a wood polish). I would recommend bringing house shoes. There was a used “protection” wrapper just under the bed (took a photo - not uploaded), that I didn’t notice until I was gathering my things to leave. The bedroom in particular would be hard for cleaning staff to navigate so I have sympathy for that! Overall, this property was incredible. Reasonably priced and awesome location. The phone menu to get a hold of someone was long, and I was told to turn on the single space heater as a solution (there were two rooms, so this was insufficient), and that the heat would be turned up. However, no heat was came out of the radiators, and I had to call back 40 minutes later to repeat my request for heat. I also found hairs on the towels, which were thin and unpleasant.
