Direct Indoor Access To 2 Subway Lines From The Building. Prime Shopping Area And Entertainment Facilities, Bars, Restaurants. Big Supermarket in the Building. 15 20 Subway Ride to Downtown attractions. Guests have an access to Seasonal outdoor swimming pool, Sauna, Indoor Hot Tub, Steam Room and Gym in the building. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center. According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests\` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can\`t guarantee a refund. Pets small and middle size are allowed in the apartment. You should carry out your pet in common areas. If you plan a stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet. We have travel cribs (for 0 18 month old babies) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. Please book them in advance. \*\*\*Deposit\*\*\* All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500 CAD. If smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded. Dear Guest, Please take a moment to read the unit policies: The minimum age for booking is 18 years. All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. Check in is after 3PM, check out is before 11AM. Late check out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan a stay with pets, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee is $10 per night for 1 pet The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. Please provide us with a photo of your valid ID: international passport, driver s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID). Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID. \* NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. \*\* NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building.
