Marine Dream in Downtown 1 Bedroom + Den Cozy Unit with the Balcony in the Heart of Downtown Entertainment district on a High Floor. The apartment 650 sq. feet consist of master bedroom with queen bed and the second bedroom in den with queen bed. There is the futon for 1 person in living room . Easy access to TTC, Union Station, Lake Shore and Gardin r Express Way. Steps to CN Tower, Rogers Center, Union Metro Station, Financial District, Bars, Restaurants, Sobeys Grocery Store, Bishop airport, etc. According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests\` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can\`t guarantee a refund. Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $20 per night. Please request in advance as it could be booked. Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet. We have Travel Crib (for baby 0 18 month) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.
