### GLOBALSTAY Magnificent 1 Bedroom High Floor View

Inspired by the art and architecture of the Venetian island of Burano in Italy, this condominium seeks to replicate the feel of the island s unique and colourful homes. The impressive 48 storey sculptured glass tower rises out of the historical Addison on Bay and soars above a 3 storey podium.   
  
 According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests\` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can\`t guarantee a refund. Underground parking is available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per night. It's recommended to request it in advance as spaces may be limited. Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet. We have Travel Crib (for baby 0 18 month) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.   
  
 Dear Guest, Please take a moment to read the unit policies: The minimum age for booking is 18 years. Check in is after 4PM, check out is before 12PM. Late check out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. Please provide us with a photo of valid your ID: international passport, driver s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID). Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID. \* NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. \*\* NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions. Our team will be more than happy to resolve your issues and provide you with a comfortable stay.

This level of artistry is imbued in all of Burano s features and amenities and is what makes it stand out from other Toronto condos. This comfortable 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom suite with Unobstructed Downtown View has everything you need to feel like at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.
