Aquamarine 2bd 2bath Apartment with Balcony Modern Unit with a Balcony in the Heart of Downtown. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with king and queen beds and 2 bathrooms. There is a sofa bed for 2 ppl in the living room. Easy access to TTC, Union Station, Lake Shore and Gardiner Express Way. Steps to CN Tower, Rogers Center, Union Metro Station, Financial District, Bars, Restaurants, Sobeys Grocery Store, Bishop airport, etc. According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests\` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements; if you do not agree to provide this information, we can\`t guarantee a refund. Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon request and not included in the price. The price is $20 per night. Please request in advance as it could be booked. Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan a stay with pets, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee is $10 per night for 1 pet. We have a Travel Crib (for a 0 18 month old baby) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. Please book them in advance.
