This hotel is unbelievably disappointing. The housekeeping staff doesn’t provide fresh towels; instead, they fold your used, dirty towels to make them look like clean ones. When I asked for new towels, the front desk informed me that they had run out. If you can't supply enough towels, maybe you shouldn't be operating a hotel at all.

This is our 2nd time at Delta Hotel. We like this hotel as it was recently renovated. Great place to stay. This time we were able to use the swimming pool but the pool temperature was ridiculously warm.

It's my 2nd time using Delta Markham since it got changed from Edwards Hotel. Love the new lobby design, the rooms are always nice as well but what standed out was the staff. Samir from from front desk was super nice when I checked in and was accomodating when I asked for a 1pm late check in, he just said yes with no hesitation at all. It was a good stay overall and will always use Delta Markham everytime im in the area :)

Overall my stay was an enjoyable experience. If I had any complaints it is that the shower water wasn’t very hot. It was warm but since I am always cold I appreciate a warmer than normal shower compared to others. 😊
